Glenn Shayne is the former owner of Glenn’s Quarterdeck Lounge, Treasure Island, Florida. It was located at 145-107th Ave. Treasure Island, Fl. 33706. From 1983-1986 Glenn’s Quarterdeck Lounge was the Premier club for Live Entertainment in the Tampa Bay area. Glenn has been writing lyrics constantly since 1985.

Being Free to be Me. I like being in my own world creating something out of ordinary.


Can you tell us what being in the recording studio is like for you?


Since everything is done over the internet. It's seeing a project come alive from start to finish.

Okay, this a fun question. When you are not doing music, what else do you enjoy doing?


I do everyday stuff, working out, grocery shopping, listening to live music. Going out and enjoying life.


Who do you admire most in the music scene today and why?


The creativity, where you can be your own artist. The Weekend.


Can you tell us what song you've written that is the most emotional and describe the meaning behind it?


My song To Be Your Man. is about being in love with the Love of life. Wanting to get married to the woman.
