Kolten Kirschke is from Dallas, Texas and started his training at a very young age. After his first local commercial at age 4, he found a love for the camera and hasn’t slowed down since. You can see Kolten in Future Man, starring Josh Hutcherson and directed by Seth Rogen; Nickelodeon’s Drop That Seat with Nick Cannon; Lonestar Justice on ID Channel, and feature films like Magic Max starring Ivan Sergei and Barry Corbin. He is also in several major commercials, print campaigns, industrials, and works as an influencer as well.
Kolten is also an independent pop artist. He has starred in multiple music videos and started the release of his second EP this fall. He works closely with UK/Los Angeles producer, Zak Lloyd and is excited about touring for the new year.
For fans who have never heard your music, can you pick three words to describe it?! If three words just aren't enough then tell us more!!
I would say pop music, smooth sound, and topics teens can relate to
What is your favorite part about being an artist? Is it songwriting, performing, recording, something else?) Tell us why.
My favorite part about being an artist is probably recording. It's the moment where I get to see it all come together and hear it for the first time.
Can you tell us what being in the recording studio is like for you?
It's great! Working with my team and finding myself in the booth is what makes this process the most exciting.
Okay, this a fun question. When you are not doing music, what else do you enjoy doing?
When I'm not doing music, I love acting, dancing, programming, and gaming with friends.
Who do you admire most in the music scene today and why?
It's still the same after all these years because of the work this artist put in from a young age and knowing how hard he works to stay on top, Justin Bieber
Can you tell us what song you've written that is the most emotional and describe the meaning behind it?
My first song will always be important to me. I'm not sure it's the most emotional but it's the first song I remember pouring my heart into. It's a song about my first love and the difficulty communicating and expressing those emotions. For the first time, I was able to put my emotions into my first original, and that will always make it my favorite.
Are you working on any new material right now or what's in the works for the upcoming year?
GOING UNDER is ready for release and I'm still working closely with UK producer Zak Lloyd on my third EP.
Tell us where fans can access your music.
